I've been writing stories since I could hold a pen. My main writing role model would have to be Fred Saberhagen, a science fiction/fantasy author who for me does more than write, he produces a lifelike, four dimensional experience in my mind. His narrative ability is something I strive--and fail-- to emulate.
In today's economy, it's sometimes tough to choose which book to pay our hard-earned money for.
