I am a veteran journalist, author, media trainer and motivational speaker.I've spent spent more than 30 years as a radio and television journalist, working for both the NBC and ABC-TV News affiliates in North Carolina.
My career has taken her to Ohio, West Virginia, Boston, New Hampshire, Saudi Arabia and Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. I am currently the host of a weekly talk show on WCOM Radio and Durham Community Media (Channel 18) in North Carolina.
