Her second published story, A Moment of Dignity, in Pets Across America, Vol 2 came out in 2009.

She has seven stories in Hot Dogs & Cool Cats: Animal Tales "A La Carte" with the Kindle version published February 2012 and the paperback version March 2012.

Published September 5th, 2012, It Started With Patton Teresa Leska's Story A Memoir, is Amy's mother's narrative of how she survived Nazi imprisonment.

Two stories, Do Me Do Me, and Unimagineable First Day, published in San Diego Writers/Editors Guild's first anthology, The Guilded Pen.
