"All the world’s a stage”, and that goes double for horse shows and show barns.  I spent many summers with horses, and in cathedral-like, antique barns; mysterious just in their structure. Vast haylofts, nosebleed heights,  clock towers and attic rooms with more hideyholes than a catacomb--gothic barns just built for a mystery; not to mention the characters peopling these buildings. This unique barn-and-horseshow life  included a fortunate exposure to the riding seminars of Karl Mikolka, former Chief Rider of the Spanish Riding School, and coach of the Brazilian Olympic Team; experiences that were the foundation for my mystery series, SOMETHING MOST DEADLY, SOMETHING VERY GHOSTLY, (out soon) and SOMETHING MOST EVIL (in the works). I had a career in advertising in Boston, but it didn’t distract from my primary goal: THE MYSTERY NOVEL.

SOMETHING VERY GHOSTLY, the sequel to SOMETHING MOST DEADLY, will be published soon, and takes the same cast of characters to the scary edge of supernatural. SOMETHING MOST EVIL is in the works.
