Born in Gloucestershire, England, in the last few years of the horse-and-cart era, which is from this distance recalled with considerable nostalgia. Married, (now divorced), two sons. Office work, then factory engineering for many years.
As mid-life turned, to the University of York UK for a degree in Economics/History. From there to some teaching, tutoring, short story writing for magazines.
Three publications: "The Leather Glove Industry of Worcester in the Nineteenth Century". 1976 and still available; "Warheads Over Kent". 1983, if the Cold War had turned Hot, an example of probable damage to Kent and its people from nuclear bombs. And the recently launched (July 2007)"Jewish Origins An Ancient and Modern Review of the Old Testament".
