D.B. Cunningham holds a Master's Degree in English from California State University Northridge where she specialized in creative writing.  She attended post-graduate workshops with author John Rechy at U.C.L.A.  Her favorite authors are John Irving and Charles Dickens.  She suspended her literary aspirations in order to work in the "real world".  Her early introduction to computers led to a career combining technical writing and systems analysis.  She published several technical articles.   She took early retirement to write and travel.
