I was born in Germany and spent my early years in Jena, where I was educated and attended ballet school. I performed in a number of ballet productions in East Germany after the Russian occupation. I was forced to escape to West Germany after a brush with the authorities. I continued to perform in Europe and throughout the Middle East and later traveled in South America and the USA. Because of all my travels, I am proficient in many languages. I currently reside in Queensland, Australia.
