I am french-canadian, raised Catholic but lean to eastern beliefs in seeking sustenance for the soul.  I m currently on palliative care, at home, which is by a small beach.  Therefore I have time (?) for reflection and writing.  I am currently working on a compilation of prose and poetry drawn from a blog I've been keeping since February'09.

I also have some poetry published with The Writing Forum.  My desires are to express the inner and outer lives of living and dying with HIV.  Because I'm a teacher, I believe it's somewhat of an obligation to educate about a disease that is still fraught with stigma and I use my poetry to capture the unseen world of my life.
