Customer Services (part-time/flex-time)
Your primary responsibility is to help people by clearly communicating via email. Your main focus is to ensure members have a wonderful and rewarding experience. Candidates must be familiar with AuthorsDen.com membership programs, services, write clear and concise emails, and aim to please people in a fast caring manner. Internet, marketing, english and publishing experience a plus.
