Why The time is ripe for Tolemac:* What does the future behold?* Do you feel the Earth and all its life forms are in a time of transition?* Will natures wrath decimate billions of inhabitants and will we exasperate things with fear, panic and war?* Can humanity overcome an onslaught of mutating viruses? * What would life on Earth resemble if these types of calamities came to pass?* If A civilization was born out of such chaos what would it evolve into?* Would it maintain the infrastructures of our contemporary cities?* Would our intitutions and their constituents survive on any scale?* Will human consciousness evolve fast enough to make the critical difference? If you seek answers to questions like these your not alone;each day we are inundated with news at home and abroad of horrific tales of droughts, flooding, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, pestilence, plagues, wars, starvation, global warming, loss of biodiversity and over consumption of natural rescources. This in turn gives rise to political unrest, sectarian violence, escalation of poverty, volatility in the energy markets, nuclear proliferation and the unbridled power of mega corperations, all leading to greater insecurities within the masses. We can comlpain to Congress or pretend it isn't so but the plain and simple truth is even if there were no natural disaster's for the next twenty years we still would have social, ecological and even biological crisis to contend with with our exploding populations and escalating rate of mass consuption. If we can agree on anything it's this;There is no way we can make a dramatic change on a global scale at this stage in the game!But what if the real change needed is not something external but internal; our very nature!
Accomplishments: I have no sheepskins to line the halls of academia nor institutionalized thought to accompany them, yet my accomplishments of late include balancing the right and left hemispheres of my brain, beating my ego into submission and realizing that my primary goal in life is to help others prosper.
