As a registered dietitian, Mary Lynn is passionate about showing people that eating nutritious foods doesn't mean giving up taste and variety.  With her two decades of experience, love of good food, and talent in the kitchen, she is the author of Healthy Palate, Delicious and Simple Recipes to Enhance Meals with Fruits and Vegetables.  The recipes help you save time by cooking vegetables with or alongside the main dish. 

She currently works in an outpatient medical facility, where she provides individual nutrition counseling.  She has presented seminars to employees at private businesses and major corporations on eating healthy.  

Mary Lynn resides in Maryland in suburbs of Washington, DC with her husband.  She enjoys cooking, reading, exercising and traveling.
