I am a work-at-home mother of two. I have homeschooled my children for almost 10 years. Out of the experiences from this journey came a desire to help other homeschoolers. I am a single mother trying to work her way off welfare. I no longer live in low-income housing, or receive TANF. My years of experience with living the low-income life has sparked a desire to help others as well. I created a blog called Living the Low-Income Life to help serve this need.  I also care for children in my home, full time during the summer months and other school vacations, and part time the rest of the year. Yes, I am very busy. But I like it that way.
