Diagnosed with colon cancer on my birthday in 2005, I discovered the healing power of creative writing through my illness. I teach meditation, Reiki, Chakra and Color Therapy and take part in a women's Kabbalah study group in my community. Many fine authors have influenced my writing, among them Tess Gallagher, Jane Kenyon, Mary Oliver, Louise Glueck, Annie Dillard, Octavio Paz, Jack Gilbert and many more.

Birth Place: Calw,  Germany

Accomplishments: I have published a chapbook with Shadowpoetry.com
and a 2nd edition in book form with LULU.com
To me, personally, my greatest accomplishments
are the people that have enriched my life with their friendship since my writing "career" has begun, after that,
the correspondence I have received about my work from
professional writers such as Bernie Siegel MD, Oriah Mountain Dreamer, and Sy Safransky,( Editor of "THE SUN").I am extremly thankful my work has been given acknowledgement by people who's writings I have long admired.
