Those are just a few examples of my life story. Enduring the hardships of life has made me a stronger person today. I recognize that there are many people in this world who suffer/deal with these similar struggles and I am fortunate to share my story! Writing with true transparency enables me to liberate myself and in the process, enable others to do the same!

Even as a child I have always been dedicated to helping others. Writing poetry or just writing in general has always been a passion and until recently I have been able to combine the two. I am looking forward to being part of changing the lives of many people across the world!

I have two beautiful sisters and a 3 year-old nephew. My mother is an amazing woman who raised me to be an honest,respectful, God-fearing man; by herself! I love her more than words will allow me to explain!

I am a member of Crosspoint Church, located in Newport, RI. There I serve as a youth leader.(I realize that being a Youth Leader IS NOT a title, it is a lifestyle) I strive to live out that lifestyle daily!

I am the first male in my family to graduate from high school and be accepted into a four-year university. Due to personal circumstances, I am still working on my degree; a dream deferred, not a dream denied!

As stated earlier, I am a cancer survivor; this year marks my 13 year anniversary! I am excited about life and all that it has to offer!
