Hi!  I am  currently a CT tech living in Summerdale, Alabama just a few miles from the beautiful Gulf Coast and a few miles from Mobile Bay.  I grew up in North Mississippi and all my northern friends call me Dixie ( although it sounds strange when my Southern friends use it).  I grew up watchign classic Universal and Hammer horror films and I guess theyarped me a bit, but in a good way.  I still love horror films and have a special place in my heart for the old balck and white days.  I love movies and music and love to write when I find time.  I have a degree in journalism as well as an Associates of Applied Science in Rdiologic Technology.  My writing varies from movie reviews, game reviews to opinion pieces and comd\edy and have even dabbled in poetry.  I don't consider myself a poet by any means and I am awed by those who can write great poems.  I hope you find some of my work at least slightly better than a waste of time.  Cheers
