When I was twenty years old I wrote my first novel. I was fortunate enough to have spent some highly entertaining time with Gore Vidal when we were both delagates to the New Party National Convention in Dallas. I gave him a copy of my manuscript. A few weeks later he sent me a postcard from LA  and told me he could "not quite give me a C" on the book. The discouragement stayed with me for many years, but I continued to write. I worked as a struggling screenwriter in LA for a while, specializing in dialog coaching.

A psychologically disturbed Wall Street trader loses everything he owns one morning and seeks revenge on a fellow trader's family. Unsuccesful in his efforts, he sadly yet comically flees across the country to escape retribution and start a new life.
