RANDOLPH RANDY CAMP was born on March 12, 1961 in rural Spotsylvania County, Virginia. Growing up in an impoverished household aided his imagination and creativity. Randy is often quoted, "...if you can't buy it then you just simply dream it up..." Randy absolutely loves creating characters that some writers are sometimes too ashamed to bring to life. Most of Randy's stories are contemporary slices of American life. Randy normally create stories and characters in which the everyday Joe and Jane could relate to. One of his goals, in his writings, is to have the underdogs of society somehow triumph in the end, always providing his readers with a sense of hope, especially if they, themselves, maybe feeling like an underdog in their own lives. Randy has five daughters (Natasha, Melinda, Christina, Randie, Ranielle) and one son Joshua. He currently resides in Buffalo, New York where he is pursuing an Associate of Science Degree in the field of Mental Health Studies and Substance Abuse Counseling at Erie Community College-City Campus.
