Here is a poem I wrote for Jesus on his birthday this year.
Sweet, Sweet Baby Jesus
I was but a pebble upon the sand,
Like a lost, so lost lamb.
Till one night I saw a very bright star,
I followed it to the Little Town of Bethlehem, I traveled so far.
When I looked upon your shiny white face,
I knew I had come to celebrate Sweet Jesus' Birth in this place.
Three Wise Men brought you myrrh, frankincense and gold,
Of these I have none so great to offer, A King you are, I'm told.
I give you all the praise and glory and my promise of a faithful soul,
You are the Real Bread of Life and I am your foal.
I am your humble servant, quiet,
Overwhelmed with courage, joy and comfort, silent.
Oh Sweet, Sweet Baby Jesus,
You are the King of Kings, the Lord of Lords.
I love you,
Happy Birthday
