I was born In Portsmouth, VA, on February 18, 1964.  I am a single mother of two beautiful daughters, and three very energetic grandchildren.  A year ago, I had a life changing event; a wake up call.  Unfortunately, it ended a ten year relationship, and I moved back home with my parents.  I thank God for the love and support of my family and friends.  Insurance is a great thing to have, but doesn't cover all medical expenses.  Living at home is allowing me to get myself back on my feet financially, emotionally, and physically.  In the meantime, I decided it was a good time to take on line classes.  I want to set a good example for my daughters and my grandchildren, while bettering myself at the same time.  One of my classes is a Literature class.  While I have always loved reading and always wanted to write, I have never taken the opportunity to do so.  I am happy to be able to share my work.
