The words we speak ride the breath of life, and upon death, fall to nothing. Words that are written, however, are as the rain upon the earth, the sun in the sky; always available to offer despair and hope, and promise of Love at the end of our days. Thomas Watson, started as a writer of poetry pulled from a lonely childhood beginning from the age of 12. From this childhood of unsteady times his writing continued in spurts of questionings about life, until joining the Air Force during the Viet Nam tragedy . From that point he discovered a new life and a new love in Miyoko; the woman who was to be his wife until her death, 29 years later. Shortly after that he found the awesome love of Jesus Christ, and his writing began to move from shadows of black and grey into a new light, thus his first book of poetry, "Between Shadow and Light", available at Amazon.com.
