Dr. Zannah answers the "why" when addressing human behaviors and reactions to life. Her current responsibilities as Founder of the YOU Consulting Group and The Y.O.U. Institute has her teaching accredited courses to professionals interested in using this cutting edge technological instrument.

Aside from being what many YPOs once referred to as "their greatest secret weapon", she is also an author, speaker, preceptor, relationship technologist and life advisor. Her career experience, education and research over the last 30 years has focused primarily on the nature of the human being and the choices we make in our efforts to experience peace, joy and fulfillment. This has allowed her to share her universal wisdom from a very scientific perspective and relate it to educating children, managing midlife crisis, saving marriages and helping recruiters to select the right employee for the right job using the most advanced human assessment technology available today.

Her current work began by participating in many educational and investigative forums, studying the science as well as the spiritual nature and movement of man living in a physical world. In conjunction with her role as Life Advisor for an elite clientele and her doctoral studies, she compiled an educational method and technology geared specifically towards educators, relationship professionals, corporations and individuals that want authentic answers regarding why we function and relate the way we do and how to recognize quickly what is right for us, preferrably on sight without having to rely completely on intuition but instead on a practical form of physical and visible intelligence as it relates to natural law. Intuition in tandem with Physical Knowledge = Intelligence.

Currently her largest audience is comprised of psychotherapists, MFTs, LCSWs, psychiatrists, physicians, chiropractors, recruiters, educators, life coaches and human resource professionals. To date, she has trained over 35 professionals in the use of the tool. Rather than addressing singular aspects of human nature she provides a fully integrated and thorough resource tool, found in nature and grounded in science, that allows each individual an understanding of how nature perfects itself in the way that it shows up in them. To date, inspite of her fragile child-like voice and ultra feminine demeanor that still remains after 55 years of living, her contributions to this lifetime have been many.
