Kimberly S. Phillips is the Founder and CEO of Messenger Publishing, Inc. Phillips launched Messenger Publishing, Inc. in 1998. Kimberly S. Phillips is an author of several books. All of her novels are based on her dreams. She has written and co-authored four books "Purpose Lies Within", the novel, "Purpose Lies Within: A Motivational Book for The Heart and Soul", "How To Release The Book In You" co-authored with Dr. Johnnie Swanson, and the upcoming novel, "A Dancer's Dream".
In Spring of 2006, Kimberly launched Creative Minds Magazine. As a artist, she saw that there was a need for professionas in the arts and entertainment business to network with each other. Kimberly envisioned a business networking source for African-American professionals in the arts and entertainment industry. She is currently the Editor-In-Chief of Creative Minds Magazine.
Ms. Phillips is a graduate of Georgia State University. She is a sought after speaker and conducts the Purpose Lies Within Workshop Series, seminars, and keynotes through out the country. She was also a speaker for the United Way Speakers Bureau.
She has received many awards and recognition for her work. She was the 1998 Final Nominee for the Georgia Author of the Year. And was nominated Who's Who in Black Atlanta in 2000. She was nominated for the 2001 issue of Who's Who Business Executives.
