I come from a family tree that includes musicians, songwriters and authors, so naturally, my two loves in life were always music and writing. I spent 21 years in the music industry including CBS and Polygram, then began a writing career at age 50. I freelance for a variety of non-fiction and fiction publications and have written seven books. I travel extensively, especially to Africa and the Middle East.
