My influences where always spiritual in nature, a desire to experience the rich tapestry life has to offer, something a desk bound job does not allow. Writing allowed me to find an outlet for my creativity that was always drifting and undirected.
My past was influenced by many mid 70's sci fi authors and early 80's films. Most of these tried to achieve something special with an imaginative use of the technology available to them at the time, instead of the current trend to rely on computer graphics to pump up a lack of story.
Most of my past has been a train wreck of attempts to find something that would give my life meaning; with writing I believe I have found what I need.
