He is surrounded by many caring friends including Betsy the butterfly,Hermit the Frog,and the wellknown Mr.flyman and his band.They pass their time singing and dancing to many favorite songs. On Fred's seventh birthday he blew out his candles and made a wish.To his surprise his wish was granted!
