Christopher and I have been writing since 1991. Chris studied photography and while still working at Nordic Veneer, Roseburg, Oregon, (still works there) we opened a Portrait Studio. I worked as a real estate agent in both Sutherlin and Roseburg. We soon found we enjoyed writing more than trying to please people with taking their portraits. When we wrote articles we sent along prints. We feel this helped in getting published. Please go to our website to learn more about us and our novel, Forced Blood The Norseman.
About Forced Blood The Norseman: In all the Ages of Man, there have been decent and honorable men. Jarl Brand Ketilsson is one such man. He is a leader who does not seek or covet wealth, but wishes only to maintain peace in his realm. Unfortunately, Ketilsson is forced to go to battle and shed blood in an effort to achieve his goal. But, he will fight--fight to the death to save his people and those aligned with him.
Set against the historical backdrop of ninth-century Scandinavia, when Viking history was every bit as romantic as it was brutal, Forced Blood The Norseman offers a multidimensional depiction of the Norsemen who survived the Viking Age in their own country.
With its vivid attention to detail, Forced Blood The Norseman is an epic tale of one man's strength and courage against those who would rob him of his land, his culture, and his life.

I write a column for two local weekly newspapers about Sasquatch. It is simply a hobby of mine and I plug our novel at the end of the column. I don't go out beating the brush for the animal. I do keep up with the websites that report on sightings. Many of my readers email me sightings that have never been reported. I live in Oregon, so interest is high. If you wish to email a sighting or just talk about Sasquatch, I'd love to hear from you. Go to our website and use the contact tool. Thanks Linda
Got a sighting of your own? Let me know. I must have your name but will only use initials. Sasquatch has been sighted in every state except Hawaii. So a sighting in any state will be fine. I'll be sure to send you a copy of the newspaper if I use it in my column.
I'll write it word for word, so do a good job. Go to our website and send the article through there.
Warmest regards,
Linda Newton-Perry
