Lena Kovadlo was born on December 24th, 1982 in Minsk Belarus... Almost ten years later (on November 16th, 1992) she emigrated to the United States. She came to this country with absolutely no knowledge of English except for the word no. Now almost 16 years later, not only has she mastered the language, but she has a huge writing portfolio (totaling over 750 works) that includes lyrics, poetry, prose, short stories, fiction, non-fiction, and other works...
Writing is Lena's ultimate passion, and she pours her heart and soul into every creation she brings to life, hence penetrating each piece with a lot of emotion. There are layers to her writing, and there is much to draw from it, much to ponder about... You will find yourself enjoying whatever you browse through, and you will be left craving for more...
Lena's writing has earned her Achievement in Poetry and Editor's Choice awards, among others. Some of her written works have also been entered into various writing contests and in the end became winning pieces.
Lena loves to challenge herself and expand her horizons as a writer, a lyricist, and a poet. With that said, there is always something new and different coming to life.
ACHIEVEMENTS AND AWARDS:
She is currently working on a new book (her 5th): Treasure. Treasure is an adventurous poetic tale filled with love, nature, surprises, and more. Since this book is a work in progress the estimated release date remains unknown.
