I reside in Texas and always have except a few short lapses in mental production.  I actually moved several other places but I would eventually wake up and realize I wasn't in Texas anymore and clicked my heals together three times and repeated "There's no place like home; There's no place like home"
and the next thing I knew I was back in Texas where I belonged.  It's been years since I had a mental block and so I'm still here.  
  I've spent hours writing to no avail, so far I've not been published and I'm no longer expecting to be.  To be honest with you, I don't know if that's really what I ever thought about in the first place.  I actually wrote because it was something to keep my mind busy and something to do when everything piled up and I couldn't get out from under all those words without throwing them on a computer screen.  After I spent all morning writing It was as though I was able to think more clearly.  But then, I began to get weighted down again and so I figured out that writing wasn't enough.  I wanted to add something else. Something a bit more colorful, so I found me a camera and started messing around with that and so now, I spend most of my time behind a camera lens.  I'm at home there.  I love to write and I love to accent it with photos. My words, My photos, my way.  And I love it. 

I am an award winning photographer, and have actually sold several pieces of my work, and to me that is a great achievement
