Influences

Varied genre. Carry On films, Stephen King, Terry Pratchett. I like it if it's well written and catches my imagination, or just silly. I wrote short stories at school which were used as an example to lower year students. That should have given me the confidence to continue, but I didn't. For years I had stories and characters rattling around inside my head, but never wrote them down.

So what's changed?

I wrote a Pantomime for my local theatre group which subsequently got published. My family persuaded me to write more and the bug came back again. Authors Den has been great in that it gives me a platform to show off my work.
