Sharon Jordan was born in sunny Southern California. Quite fondly, she remembers the orange groves that used to surround the cozy neighborhood she grew up in. It was a neighborhood without fences, a neighborhood where everyone knew everyone, and a neighborhood where garage bands, such as her brother’s played with the doors open and the neighbors listening and enjoying. It was during her childhood that Sharon’s love for writing started as she would pen short poems about her family and her numerous cats.
Since these early years, Sharon has published poems in Sharing and Caring, Poet’s Review, Feelings, Ink Slinger, and many other fine magazines. She has been trained in producing and directing independent films and in this vein has written several scripts. In the past, this love for writing was taken to the stage when Sharon sang with her two beautiful daughters, Shannon and Julia, in a folk trio, and is currently brought to the screen where Sharon performs on one of the finest sit-coms on air (The Suite Life of Zack & Cody). Sharon's love for writing can be seen in "Time Shadows", her first novel. It is Book One of the Shadow Chronicles.
