I am Ali Khaghani. Born in Iran and unto Persian ethnicity; I have a heritage rich in poetry. The likes of Rumi, Hafes, and Attar lace the Persian poetry, literature, and philosophy. To me poetry has been a tool with which to ordain and manipulate simple and ordinary semantics into emotional expressions. Experience made emotively enabled and universally synergized.

I have never been one to keep count on accolades, I have been honored by many and hold great gratitude by all who've in time appreciated my work. I have two books completed and published, and some 100+ pieces contributed to the poets for peace movement. I am just as proud yet of contributing to educational publications in australia and in the great native American online magazine.
