I've always been told I'm "wasting my talent" by not pursuing my writing professionally. I don't think I've ever had the self confidence to do more than post on this site. Eventually I hope to get the courage to have some of my work published, but for now I love the safety and security of the AuthorsDen world.

My first major influence in writing came from my fifth grade teacher. She gave me the support and encouragement I needed to pursue my passion. It's continued all through-out the years.

I've been published, in school papers and literary works when I was younger, and just recently through an online poetry site. Nothing phenomenal, but it makes me proud nevertheless!

My goal is to one day publish a novel (yeah, me and everyone else! ha!). I would love to share my Young Adult stories with children and teenagers everywhere. Young Adult novels are really what hooked me and caused reading to become my passion, early on.
