It's up to us,
to get on the bus,
that to heaven's door,
does go.

His loving word, guides us, tells us,
what we need to know.
He'll take us with our baggage,
then tosses it, out the back.

We need nothing but, our,
heart for Him, and nothing,
will we, lack.

For His Grace, and awesome, power,
are more than sufficient, for thee.
And the ticket costs:
but, our miserable selves,

What a deal!
It might as well, be:
Free!!

Articulation, life's essence, portrayed in stanzas, that quicken images within the soul
An artist, that paints with words, on a canvas, in the reader's mind
Nectar poured from a pen, delicious sensation, sipped, thru the eyes
and savored in the heart, enticing expressions, of beauty, or wonders untold

Whether memory, or imagination, love, or hate depicted, or ordinary things, dynamically portrayed
The poet, can touch the heart of another, and bring understanding, to a closed mind
Breaking down walls, that, over time, with bricks of pain and suffering, were, fashioned, and laid

Provoking thought, providing light, reviving love, buried in the pain, of one's past
The desire, of this author, is to brighten a dark path, through, conveying, God's enlightenment,
to the sinner, and the chaste.
