Many mentors throughout my life, the first being my kindergarden teacher. I especially would like to recognize my parents who did not want me to be an artist, but who gave me the courage to be independant.

My paintings are included in Public, Corporate and Private collections internationally. Space 200 Web Award, 2003,2004. I have recently been elected to the Canadian Portrait Acadamy,which allows me to use CPA after
my name. I will exhibit two portraits in Camelford, Cornwall, UK at the RJ Page Fine Art Gallery. Aug15 - 30th 2003. A small works exhibition along with historical works.

Deep emotional experiences start the flow of my poetry along with painting the experience as best I can. Poetry seems to have taken over from my composition of music on my grand piano. My environment has changed. The piano is on the ground floor of my Victorian house and I need the third floor light to write and paint. I can see the city, Bay street financial district, rainbows, moon, stars from my third floor studio terrace. My spouse died in 1994 I have lived alone since then and can freely express myself as I have always wanted to do.
