I have traveled alone since I was 9, at 60 I still have the love to venture to other places in the world to experience new cultures and customs, along with beautiful scenery.  I have traveled to 26 countries, 47 states, spent 9 years as a full-timer in an RV, 6 years as an activity director in an RV Park and cruised 23 times. My love of traveling made me decide to become a travel agent 4 years ago to tell others what the world has to offer and hopefully instill a little of my Nomadity in them.  I have experienced many oddities, mishaps and absurd things along the way.  I told my stories for years and others encouraged me to write my tales of woe and adventure, so I did!  "Travel Absurdities" is a collection of short stories about, road trips, flying, cruising, family vacations and reunions, traveling Europe by rail or RV and culture shock along the way.  It also reminds us of what a small world we live in.  I am also an artist illustrator and designed the cover for Travel Absurdities and I am currently illustrating my children's travel book.

I have a book reading and signing June 4th in Spokane, Washington at Aunties Bookstore on Main ST. Downtown. I have three more books in the works; a sequel to Travel Absurdities, a children's travel book, and a novel.
