I write therefore I am.

Background Information

I was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois on June 19, 1959 and have been writing since the age of ten.

I have had two short-stories published in 1989 but since then, have turned my attention and focus mainly to full-length, fiction prose. I have penned two novels. The first entitled The Way of a Heart was completed in 1994.

That first novel (unpublished to date) serves as the “prequel” and launching pad for my second and current novel The Sister Gospels, which features many of the same characters. I started work on The Sister Gospels in 2001, completing several drafts in the ensuing years.
