Before I started cooking the right way, I had the misconception that healthy cooking meant eating bland, tasteless food. Nothing could be further from the truth, and I can prove it to you.

Background Information

After I was diagnosed with diabetes, and my wife with acid reflux, I knew we had to change our eating habits. Since I had always liked to cook, we started experimenting with recipes to make them tasty and healthy by substituting herbs for salt, broiling or grilling instead of frying, and choosing ingredients carefully.

The end results are a healthier lifestyle and a file full of tasty, healthful recipes.
