I am first and foremost a teacher.  Nothing invigorates me more than guiding young minds in exploring themselves and the world around them. Introducing young people to the literature of the ages and the importance of the written word (even their own!)is a thrill that has never subsided.

I to do "Meet the Author" writing workshops for the Brownies and Juniors in the Colorado Girl Scouts. We hold the workshops in Denver, Loveland, and Colorado Springs. I make author visits to elementary schools. We talk about the middle ages and start on their own medieval story right then. I have had audiences as small as 30 students and as large as 120! I doing Medieval Writing Workshops for Foothills Recreation District in Colorado.
