My literary influences include Jorge Luis Borges, Tomas Eloy Martinez, CS Lewis and a number of family members and friends (most of whom are unpublished). My family and friends influences include but are not limited to the following:Paul Von Richardson, Christy Richardson (actually helped write a couple of the stories and edited all of my works so far), Carol Richardson, Paul Loyd Richardson, Ryan Von Richardson, Heather Richardson, Holly Barch, Laura Baily, Lisa Nicholas, Karen Richardson, Susan Potter, Sullivan Calvin Richardson (he's my great grandpa--I never net him nor have I read much of what he wrote but the fact that he was a published author inspired me), Hyrum Hansen, and Jacob Pack.
My background is of a shy, smart , mormon kid from Southern California who grew into a shy, smart, mormon man with a wife and two children. I just received my BA in history from UC Riverside. I spent six years at UVSC but that is the subject of my next book. I spent two years in Bolivia as a missionary
