Background Information

Growing up in Germany and moving with my parents, I enjoyed living in different parts of the World as a child. Being an avid reader, I majored in Literature and Art in College at Southern Oregon State College in the early 80's. My first award for writing was at the age of 13, winning third place in a writing competition in the City of Rome, New York. That was the first and last time I ever entered a writing contest. I am now working on short stories. Lee Roddy and RD Larson have highly influenced my return to writing.
