Currently works in the medical field. His interest in history and writing motivated him to begin a series that combines action/adventure and history to encourage teens and young adults to read more about American history. His first book, Lafitte's Black Box, introduces the reader to New Orleans and early Louisiana colonial history taking the reader on an adventure through modern day New Orleans and Natchez, Mississippi. Lafitte and his band of pirates come to life in this adventure. The book is available on Amazon.com, Barnesandnoble.com, booksamillion.com.
Jake Webber is a lifelong resident of Louisiana and lives in Baton Rouge with his wife and two children. He is currently working on his next book that will follow the adventures of Devereaux Parker.
