Good (insert time frame),
I came across this site and thought this was such a rewarding way of communicating with creative writing. I quickly joined just so that I can have another creative outlet with fellow poets and artists around the world.. My way of expressing my creativity is through poetry, creative writing and music. I have been learning that the more I share, the more I learn and the more I learn shows what I can offer.
That's mostly the reason as to why I decided to join this site to receive constructive feedback or just that one comment that insipires the other to write more, I just really want a place to display some of my poems and gain inspiration and also inspire others as well.
I live in New York and have for the past quarter of the 21st century.. I think when I get around to it I'll be moving westward.. Preferably Portland, OR., I've never been there and yet I already love what I read about.
My favorite book would be Slaughter-House-Five by Kurt Vonnegut, I love the way he portrays his characters in his own playful humor and also how he paints his imagery too.
Salvadore Dali, enough said.
I am very insipred and influenced by music and concept albums of the indie/alternative label, lately I can't get enough of Fleet Foxes.. Bob Dylan is probably the most prominent source of influence.
And above all, I owe my creative talent to God.
I hope this has been enough personal content to be able to make the cut for the alpha listing. ;-)
