"The quickest way to experiencing the peace inside, is to learn to recognize when I am not at peace."
Background
Information
Jim McDonald acquired a Bachelor of Arts degree specializing in Interpersonal Communication and Group Leadership. Building on his academic knowledge, Jim spent sixteen years honing his group facilitation and public speaking skills as a corporate Training & Development professional. His continuing education includes an 18-month Gestalt Experience Training Program, with an emphasis on the Gestalt Appreciative Inquiry approach to the field of Personal Coaching.
Jim has recognized personal victory over his lifelong struggle with childhood codependency and adult addiction through the active synthesis of honesty, spirituality and deep self awareness into his daily living . His developing practice of suspending judgment is key to Jim's rediscovery of inner peace, and has deepened his connection with Self and others
Left corporate life three + years ago and have not looked back. I know i will not be returning. Following a path of rediscovering inner peace and in that process learning to listen to, honor and trust that inner knowing I learned to ignore so long ago. Experiences of deep peace that go beyond words are occuring often now. The desire and willingness to write resurfaced many months ago.
Money gone, really, it's all gone as I continue on this path. It feels so good to feel so good !!!
