Is an Intersex Activist/Speaker, and is cofounder of the Intersex Day of Awareness started at the University of Montana in 2003 the event has now gone national on herms birthday on Oct 26. Herm works with Mass Transgender Political Coalition to end discrimination of all transgendered people. Herm has written a chapter about herms life in "Hermaphrodeities 2nd Edition" by Raven Kaldera. Herm is also on the steering committee of Trans Pride United.
