This is the picture of me when I was about 4 years old; a rare and happy moment in time.

Background Information

The reason for writing my memoir is to bring awareness to Mental Illness, Domestic Violence, Alcoholism and the children that suffer through it all!

I was one of those children that had to endure the terrors of my parents' fistfights, knife jabs or watching my father choke my mother into unconciousness. It was terrifying to "walk on egg shells" because I thought I was the reason for the madness..

I dedicate my book to all those who have shared this kind of pain and sorrow.
