Originally a professional civil engineer working in the power industry, I took the opportunity to fulfil a lifelong ambition to devote myself to writing creatively. My earlier background in science was the launching pad for further voyages into the shadowy world of quantum theory and the realms of modern science. I spent years researching the interface between this newly emerging paradigm and how it is treated by modern and recent philosophy. Rather than pursue an academic route I chose the route of the philosophical novel to tease out my thoughts and ideas.
