C.L. Threatt was captivated by writing at an early age. While in elementary school, his Literacy teacher, Mrs. Patrick, entered him in a poetry reading contest. He read "Stopping by Woods on A Snowy Evening" by Robert Frost. He won the contest and was selected to represent his school in a city wide competition. Ever since then he has been writing poetry and has now turned his love for it and childrenit into writing children's books. He has a passion for writing and for life and loves to visit schools and share his books with children of all ages.
