An Urban Fantasy writer with a love of Vampires.

Background Information

Quirky and often times a bit quixotic, Katie is known for her ability to tell a story. Since her early childhood, she's been dreaming up fantastical worlds and scribbling them into the pages of various journals and notebooks.

Katie took an early interest in vampires, beginning with a series by LJ Smith, called the Vampire Diaries, in the early 90's. Since then she's devoured everything vampire she could get her hands on, reading all genres from the horrific to the erotic and everything in between.

Among her various favorites and influences are; Anne Rice, Laurel K. Hamilton, Christine Feehan, & Lara Adrian,

That love of reading vampire tales, turned into a love of writing them.
