Growing up, Tracy was always told she was an old soul. Never understanding why people had to err in order to learn a lesson, she developed a very keen sense of observation and intuition about people and situations. In college, she majored in psychology and minored in communications. She was involved with developmental research throughout her college years and focused the latter part of her education on behavior analysis and Autism Spectrum Disorders. Graduating summa cum laude and looking for an adult-focused professional experience, she carried her observational and research skills over into the advertising world. There, she spent nine years researching people’s motivations, behaviors and the human interaction with brands and media. She worked on famous brands like Sara Lee, Toys ‘R Us, Pfizer, Fisher-Price, Bayer Women’s Health and Kia Motors but never felt her work was making a real difference in the daily lives of people, which left her feeling restless. It was through listening to her own observations and intuition she realized she needed to make a career and life change. She became a certified life and career coach through the Life Purpose Institute and established nudge to share her insights and practices with others so they may pursue creative, joyful and inspired lives. She currently resides in Palm Springs with her husband and enjoys hiking, yoga, tennis, swimming, live music, cooking, entertaining, meeting new people and road trips.
