Frank A. Little, Sr. retired as a United States Navy Commander after 30 years active military service where he trained early on as a hospital corpsman and operating room technician. After attending classes in the evening and on weekends, he earned a Bachelors Degree in Health Care Administration and went on to earn a Masters Degree in Administration and a Masters of Social Work degree. He currently works as a Senior Health Care Analyst for the Department of Defense and as a private consultant for administrative case management and social work.
After several years as an executive administrator, Frank became inspired to document those things that have had a profound effect on his life and his development as a business executive and a survivor of everyday existence.

In addition to his usual vocation and writing, Frank Little is an accomplished artist. Although primarily self-taught, he has studied at the Samuel Fleichner Art Memorial and the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, both in Philadelphia; the University of New Orleans in Louisiana; and the Art Students League, of Alexandria, Virginia. Examples of his works can be found in many homes and establishments throughout the United States.
